High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel - Non-electrolytic plating offering unique deposit properties. Threads, small diameter holes, recesses and internal areas are plated with a uniform thickness as well as sharp corners, edges or flat surfaces. EN provides excellent corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance, ductility, lubricity, solderability, and electrical properties. High-phos EN also provides enhanced corrosion protection compared to mid-phos or low-phos EN. Hardness of the deposit as plated is 46-48 Rockwell C (Rc). Ratings of 66-70 Rc are obtained by heat treating. Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum, are plated to emulate stainless steel. |

Electroless Nickel with Silicon Carbide - Composite coating of mid-phos electroless nickel containing a dispersion of 5-20% (by volume) silicon carbide particles, The particles have an average diameter of 0.6 micron and are embedded throughout the nickel-phosphorus matrix. Accordingly, as this composite coating is worn, a constant supply of new silicon carbide particles is exposed, maintaining a tough, wear-resistant surface. |
| |
Electroless Nickel with Teflon® (PTFE) - Combines PTFE particles dispersed throughout a high-phos matrix. It contains 10-20% PTFE (by volume), and as with EN Carbide, provides a new supply of PTFE particles at the surface of the coating as it is worn away, thus maintaining a low coefficient of friction. |

24K Gold - Excellent finish for corrosion resistance, high conductivity, low electrical resistivity, solderability, weldablility, and infra-red reflectivity. Gold is also used for many decorative and cosmetic applications. |
| |
Silver - A semi-bright finish that is used for high conductivity, solderability and appearance in electrical and decorative applications. |
| |
Bright Nickel - The most frequently used undercoating for electronics and decorative applications. Hard, reflective coating that can be highly polished; has considerable resistance to tarnish and corrosion. |
| |
Copper & Bright Acid Copper - Used for electronics because of its conductivity and solderability; also used for heat treat stop off and decorative applications. |
| |
Chem-Film - Chromate conversion coating used for paint base or corrosion protection. | |
